   Thank you to the ladies and gentlemen at InHealth in Ravenswood, Ipswich. I interacted with 5 colleagues throughout my experience - I was extremely nervous and a little emotional (due to the prep, lack of sleep and lack of food) before my colonoscopy, and the team were very welcoming, patient and friendly. They made me feel as calm as possible and were extremely professional. I’ll be honest - the procedure was not comfortable in the slightest, but the team talked me through it and reminded me to take gas and air, they gave me a squishy stress ball to help and were comforting throughout. The recovery room was clean and comfy, with tea and biscuits, and there was a sense of humour throughout to lighten the mood too. I am thankful and grateful to the team.
