Thank you to the ladies and gentlemen at InHealth in Ravenswood, Ipswich. I interacted with 5 colleagues throughout my experience - I was extremely nervous and a little emotional (due to the prep, lack of sleep and lack of food) before my colonoscopy, and the team were very welcoming, patient and friendly. They made me feel as calm as possible and were extremely professional. I’ll be honest - the procedure was not comfortable in the slightest, but the team talked me through it and reminded me to take gas and air, they gave me a squishy stress ball to help and were comforting throughout. The recovery room was clean and comfy, with tea and biscuits, and there was a sense of humour throughout to lighten the mood too. I am thankful and grateful to the team.

Had my mammogram a couple of days ago. Very nervous as I have some mobility issues. Staff were fantastic, so kind and helpful. Thank you

I was really scared as I’d been called back after a routine mammogram The nurses and all the staff were lovely, all test that were carried out had a full explanation on what was happening and why they were doing the tests

I would like to Thank all staff at this clinic who was so kind and helpful . I was finally treated like I wanted to be treated with genuine care.
