   I went to see about a prescription while I was there asked if I could book an appointment only to be told you cannot book any appointments anymore, would have to ring at 8am, that’s already a joke as you can never get through, then told to ring 111 or go to A&E (already done this, they told me to go to my Doctor!!) I can barely walk, already waited 6 months for physio appointment, now going private. Why do we have to pay National Insurance when you do not receive the service you pay for? Just not good enough 😔
