   I had no top on .and some one open the door .and there was screen up the door .and I felt embarrassed.

   Due to a communication confusion, I turned up for an appointment a day late. However, after waiting a mere half hour, I was seen by a nurse (leg ulcer clinic) and attended to for about an hour. This may have reduced her lunch break . The nurse was brilliant and the service was ‘above and beyond the call of duty’. In the confusion I cannot recall her name, but had to make public my gratitude.
