I have Bern referred to this center. Afyer 2 weeks they have yet to contact me to confirm an appointment date. I then contacted my GP who has a response from the Jervis centre saying the wait time is 21 weeks. 21 weeks!!!. Seriously? So I must hobble in pain for that long just for an appointment? What a disgrace

Reception team were lovely on the phone and went above and beyond to help me. Staff inside the clinic were very friendly and made me feel very relaxed about my whole experience.

Was concerned about a swelling having had ductal carcinoma in situ in the past. Referral was quite quick and I was able to see a consultant, have a mammogram and an ultrasound all within the one appointment. Given the all-clear straight away (report to follow) and the staff were outstanding. Altogether a thorough, reassuring and pleasant experience, thank you!
