Visited the practice again. Mid morning on Friday and waited around for 45 minutes. The waiting room seats were totally empty the entire time. Reception desk was also empty for half the time. None of the five doctors appeared from the consulting rooms and no patients came out either. I have no idea why there are never any appointments... other than they simply aren't at work! Maybe picking up the NHS money whilst they all work somewhere else in the private sector? Reported to the GMC. It's nothing short of a disgrace.

Impossible to get an appointment with a doctor. I'm not even convinced any of them actually attend the surgery. 2 months I have been trying to get an appointment for suspected throat cancer, and every method of trying to book an appointment is blocked. Yet, walk into the surgery and its pretty much empty.

I've sat in the waiting room several times for blood tests etc by a nurse. Never does one of the five partner doctors names ever appear on the electronic board. They are simply not going in to work. It's a disgrace.

You have to call for a telephone consultation on the day after 8am, otherwise you face weeks of waiting for said call. Tried to get through at 8am today only to get an immediate automated message saying that all appointments for that day (both face to face and telephone) were already gone. How is that possible when no one could ring before 8am !!! Decided to stay on the line only to find I was number 20 in the queue and gave up.
