Thank you for the quick response when I telephoned to ask for a tetanus after injuring myself at work .I was seen in the afternoon by the lovely nurse who looked after me, the same nurse who looked after me two months ago when taking my stitches out after I injured myself on broken glass. Colleagues on the front desk are always friendly wether on the telephone or when I pop in and the follower up by Doctors and Nurses is excellent Thankyou Vicki

I attended the centre for a scheduled physio session only to be met by rude member of staff entering the building speaking aggressively to members of the public saying the building didn't open until 8am. I found the whole experience very upsetting and disappointing being told I have to wait standing in the cold rather than being allowed to wait in reception area.

Went along as an urgent via doctors suggestion and was turned away and informed to go to St helier hospital and I'm 74 and had to get a bus and its even snowing. I had to say I didn't have appointment or form but doctor told me that would be fine... phlebotomy on today wasn't helpful Thank god I had my daughter with me to help
