    Terribly unhappy with my treatments so far. Several visits over last two years for same UTI recurrent infection - always given same antibiotics. No alarm bell ringing about why I am getting the infections. Two visits to same GP in last 7 days and still no questions asked or examination. Took one week off work due to discomfort - no questions asked. Visited out of hours in pain - they raised alarm and recommended urgent GP attention about possible fibroids. Would need examination to confirm. Visited GP as advised but no exam - referred to another clinic - visited them today today and they are now asking why GP has not done an examination. I have little to no confidence in returning to see the same GP again. My female health has not been taken seriously and I am starting to feel let down. I am going into the weekend in pain and discomfort with no urgency offered by GP yo help diagnose / treat whatever is growing inside me. I am really unhappy.

    While waiting in a telephone queue at No 9 I was recommended to make my medical appointment on-line for convenience. When I attempted to make the on-line appt. their website told me that on-line bookings were Not possible. I had to join the telephone queue again to make an appointment personally the Medical Practice has requested me to do in the first place. On querying this issue I was told that I could not make appointments for my particular reason for a visit. I explained that the computer did not know of my particular appointment in detail. Simply an “ appointment”? The receptionist did not have an answer.
