I have tried for many years to get my fear of needles under control, to no avail. The staff here were incredibly kind throughout my blood test, they did not make me feel silly at all (even though I’m quite sure I looked it.) The whole process was efficiently run and while I’m glad it is over and done with, I’m glad this was the place I went!

Had my blood taken this morning. It is usually very difficult for the nurse to get my blood. I was absolutely amazed that she got it first time and no pain. I was tearful because this is a first for me. Thank you so much. Everyone so nice.
