Review titled Do not take children here
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Maddie - Posted on 16 July 2024
I came at 13.30pm with a sick a child, an hour later I explain his temperature isn’t going down and he’s sleepy. Here I am 4hrs later sat in the same place. Would not recommend to anyone. A fever of 39.9 is not that serious to them. Nurse in a room eating snacks when you originally get called in. Asked for help by another member of staff, she will call you. Only lady that helped was a lovely receptionist when I said his temperature was spiking .

Review titled Effficient and highly professional but follow up not so easy
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by David - Posted on 14 May 2024
friendly, informative staff who were skilled at putting me at my ease before myoperative procedures that inevitably was distressful - follow uo surgery to initial colonoscopy was straightforward with excellent treatment throughout. - post-operative advice and follow up has proven more of a problem since seemingly impossible for me to contact urology by phoning reception - just rings out, e.g. arranging a trial without catheter appointment is not possible with feed back through my chart not possible - surely enabling some means of feed back/comment could be devised -surely possible for patient to be involved with timing and date of routine appointments involving removal of a catheter, etc. - reviews containing words that are all it capitals are excluded? - surely those commonly used by medical professionals should not be excluded? now removed all capital letters since review remained unacceptable??

Review titled Ridiculous system
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 22 November 2023
People who book an appointment have to wait longer than those who walk in???!!!! How does this make sense. Extremely unfair. I had an appointment and arrived early. Another GP patient who had not booked an appointment asked to be seen without one and was seen immediately. Ridiculous frustrating system which disadvantages those who book in advance rather than walk in!!!! Change it.

I have just spent nearly 2 hours trying to contact the ENT department or out of desperation any department at the Beckenham Beacon hospital but but it seems to be impossible to speak to anyone at the hospital, what a waste of time

Review titled Great Radiology Departmen
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Lisa Douglas - Posted on 28 July 2023
I got there about half an hour earlier than my appointment, only 2 ladies were waiting, about a minute after I sat down, one of the ladies was called into the room where we were sitting, after a few minutes she came out, her companion asked her what happened, she replied that she was finished, then I heard my name calling from the other room, when my x-rays were finished, it was ahead of my appointment. I would say 12 out of 10.
