I like that the call service lets me know what number I am in the queue, therefore no stress at all. All of the reception staff are helpful, pleasant, patient and have a reassuring and pleasant telephone manner. Allreception staff follow through on actions to be taken. Very reassuring and so appreciated. We always receive appoint reminders. I have immense confidence in all of the Doctors. They Listen, are patient and thorough. I feel well looked after, and does my Husband plus other Family registered at the Practice. All other medical staff are equally efficient & reassuring &approachable. Nurses etc. I have always been able to easily procure an appointment, both for urgent & non urgent situations. One must be prepared and accept, that to visit a Doctor of your choice, then you will have to wait, perhaps over one week, sometimes. The Practice is busy, Popular, so preference in Doctors and waiting is to be expected. Always worth the wait. Facilities at the practice are very clean and well maintained.
