   I want to share feedback about my recent ultrasound appointment. Unfortunately, the assistant in the room was unprofessional and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Her passive-aggressive attitude and lack of respect created an awkward and embarrassing experience during what is already a vulnerable procedure. I believe patients deserve to be treated with kindness and professionalism, and I hope this feedback helps ensure others have a better experience in the future. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
