   I struggled to request a repeat prescription using the website so I phoned the surgery to request it and they refused to take my request over the phone. I was informed I would have to attend the surgery to drop off the request or go the the chemist to make my request. The receptionist was uncaring, and didn't ask if I was in a position to attend the chemist or the surgery. Patients should be allowed to request repeat prescription by phone.
