The dentists and receptionist are very friendly, patient and show excellent care and a professional attitude to their practice. You are always welcomed and the dentist takes his time and you aren't rushed out the door. Dentist takes his time with the appointment and gives the right level of patience and care.

30 minutes waiting on the phone, they will answer if you are lucky, cannot see any GP for ongoing issues for at least 1 month. Not even on the phone.

I’ve been trying to get through to the doctors surgery for 3 days today I’ve waited 20 minutes on the phone got to 1st in the queue to be told my call couldn’t be connected. This service is just a joke that you can’t even get a doctors appointment
