My mother used the BP machine in the waiting room as we knew it had been high at home on attending the surgery her BP was very high and her heart rate, slip handed to reception and once I had pointed out how high her heart rate the kind receptionist booked her in with the nurse right away who was seen very quickly she was seen by the nurse and GP (none of which I know their name) I just wanted to thank Lakeside for such an efficient service for providing this care to my mum as it was a worrying time for us, as my dad/ her husband has just had a stroke. I think it’s wrong when Lakeside only get criticised but today we had the upmost praise for this surgery and I wanted to thank all involved for providing such good care when it was needed.
