Consultant rang me 08 June about Kidney stone and said he would do the following : 1.Arrange for a CT Scan to be carried out Urgently 2.Send a transcription of the 30 minute consultation to me . 3.Send a diet sheet to me . As of 3 July had not heard anything from the consultant .On 4 July got a letter for a consultation in person for 12 Aug 2024 at 2:30pm.Further investigation carried out by me and it seems it's not a CT Scan.Why is this so .This is further lengthening the time I am waiting for the kidney stone to be removed having told the consultant on 8 Jun I am in great pain. I am worried that this appointment on 12 Aug will just be talking about maybe having a CT Scan and that the CT Scan date will be a long time after that This is just not good enough and the care so far has been appaling and I have been going round in circles trying to get answers but it appears nobody has a clue what's going on .No wonder rge NHS is in dire straits as the right hand doesn't know what tge left hands doing.Please coukd somebody get back to me with some concrete answers as I am somewhat confused

Total lack of communication from staff leaving patients without stoma supplies. No response to answer machine messages

Again tried to place an order and as I received a reply to my review I clocked the link supplied and still haven't been able to order supplies for urostomy so I am about to run out. Shouldn't have to take a weekend trip to hospital to see if I can get a few stoma bags and night bags. Disgraceful service

Wonderful stoma.nurse. So kind and helpful. Prescription service second to none. The staff go out of there way to help in anyway they can. Makes this new way of life so much easier. Relieved of any stress. Thank you all.

Received an appointment for a consultation that I know nothing about or who referred me. Have been trying to contact them for a number of days but no one ever answers the phone. The web address for the service doesn’t exist. There seems to be no way of contacting them, so a missed appointment will be logged even though I’ve tried my best to contact them. This service really needs to improve and stop wasting money on missed appointments because no one answers the phone.

can't comment on service, can't get anyone to answer the phone or reply to messages left on their answer machine, over many days of calling them. Terrible, I have no idea if i am ill or not. Need to see cardiologist for ECG results

I booked the day off work unpaid loosing out on £120 days days wages and they have cancelled less then 3 hours before my appointment and rescheduled me in for Monday where I will have to book another day off work this is an absolute joke
