--- **Disappointing Experience at Langley House I am deeply disappointed with the quality of care and services at Langley House]. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the facility was understaffed and ill-equipped to provide the support I needed. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it often felt like they were just going through the motions rather than offering individualized care. My treatment plan lacked any real structure or personalization, and I struggled to receive clear communication from the staff about my progress. Group therapy sessions felt repetitive and unproductive, with little engagement or guidance from the facilitators. The facility also failed to address co-occurring disorders, which was a significant part of my treatment needs. The living conditions were ideal. The rooms were clean, butand several essential amenities were either broken or outdated. The food provided was subpar and lacked variety. I had high hopes for this rehab experience, but unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. I would not recommend [Langley House F] to anyone seeking thorough and compassionate care. There are better options available. There are few compassionate member of therapy team with good expertise however some team Members seem to be there only for gossiping n snacking.

Went to see mum today and she has been washed, bedding changed, lunch given, room cleaned She is happy, safe and clean Physio is working Thankyou all

The staff are so polite, helpful and professional. The Dr could not do enough to help us I could never ask for more My mum is still there for few weeks Its immaculate and clean Food is cooked fresh daily Physio team, so hands on Ward manager speaks to me with so much respect Staff are always looking in on you 100%
