    The initial consultations and diagnosis was well done, and helpful. However, on referral back from the GP by social prescriber, Latton Bush Centre unilaterally and without informing us rejected the referral. Even after explaining the the GP cannot advise on these medical issues, we were told we had to speak to Essex Adult Social Care. This care is for a very senior parent. We're struggling to cope with the dementia as it is, but the lack of support or compassion from Latton Bush Centre is absolutely crushing. I'm sorry to have to write like this, but if you use this service try to be sure that you anticipate every need before they send you off into oblivion. My answers to the follow up questions are in respect of the initial care, not the call I've just had with Latton Bush Centre.

    Was sent for a second opinion about two issues. Two appointments in September. 5 months later, the report is issued. The Doctor dud not bother to return any contact during these 5 months. Theu refused to answer queries about current medication, they refused to reply about whether medication could be provided for a linked health issue, which has gone ignored, for now 18 months. Absolutely outrageous, that one of the factors that the second opinion was for, was not addressed. 5 months later, no treatment has bern provided. This Doctor has shown complete disregard and disrespect for a Patient. He has shown 'no duty of care'. He has completely failed to respond to any attempts to communicate, and as a result of receiving no medical advice or care, mental health has worsened. Most Patients expect their Doctor to explain things, answer questions, but this Doctor has failed to do this. To take 5 months, despite knowing that the Patient has nowhere else to go, he has knowingly ignored a patient to their detriment. This Doctor has failed to show basic manners and completely disrespects Patients. Despite asking to speak to the Doctor after realising that a report that took 5 months (that itself is an absolute disgrace) still has not answered my questions, continues to deny treatment for one health problem related to the main one. Beyond poor. This experience has been horrendous. A Doctor, who clearly did not want to form a second opinion report, a Doctor adamant about taking care, chose to make things difficult, chose to ignore, and refused all communication, despite knowing that there was no one else to get advice from. For any Service that think it's acceptable to drop mental health patients with no Clinician or Professional responsibility is appalling. Negligence is the only way to describe this entire situation.

    Well put it this way you can’t hardly get through to anyone then you never ever see the same consultant more then once then they get you to see a person that hasn’t been in the job long this practice needs a good shake up
