    Arrived at the surgery to be told my appointment was cancelled due to doctor phoning in sick, supposedly they sent a text message to cancel my appointment to which they did not, I literally had a confirmation on my phone the day before of my appointment to attend, I shown the receptionist this, wasted journey wasted money more suffering to my problem, not good practice

    Been trying to contact for 2 days no answer rings for ages then cuts me off. cant attend appointment so will now go down as DNA

    I have tried to contact this practice using both telephone numbers listed to you, both numbers are not recognized. (01642 745815 & 01642 704200).

    I called the contact number on the referral letter on 4 occasions today and on each occasion the call was dropped by the hospital. When I finally was able to speak to a person they were unable to help me and said I’d be contacted again once the case had been looked at. What a complete waste of tiny time!
