Review titled Respectful and Caring
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Brent Walker - Posted on 29 February 2024
My mother was looked after for nearly two weeks here before she died in the 27th February 2024. During her time here she was treated with care, respect and dignity by all staff who looked after her. For that my family thank the staff of Leasowes.

Review titled Neglect
Rated 1 star out of 5

My father was in Leosawes for a period of weeks after having 2 major operations. He was told after a rather quick assessment he will never walk again. Enough was enough and we got dad home to a lovely new team of physio and occupational health. Day one dad stood, day 2 dad walked. Please don't give up on your loved ones if they know they can, these people write them off quickly and have no care or empathy for their patients or their families. Truly shocking and a disgrace to those who are devoted to their care jobs. I'm glad as a family we never gave up and got dad home to nutritious food, support and motivation.

Review titled Thank You.
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Catherine - Posted on 05 April 2023
I would like to thank every single member of staff for the care, attention, compassion and kindness shown to me during the eight weeks I spent at Leasowes. It was exceptional! I found staff to be professional, caring, supportive, patient and always made time to listen. In my opinion they went over and above! I stayed in a en suite room, which was cleaned thoroughly each morning. The surroundings were pristine and facilities impressive. There was a well equipped canteen, gym and pleasant conservatory. Family and friends who visited regularly always commented on how friendly and helpful the staff were and how they were made feel welcome. I know the care and support I received from staff and the environment as a whole at Leasowes definitely helped me on my road to recovery. For that, I thank you. If I could give more than ten gold stars, I certainly would. Catherine.
