   Second time I have been for the same issue in the last 6 weeks. Didn't feel listened to at all, was asked the same question about my symptoms 3 times (was the same GP I saw last time)- advised to see my own GP (who I can't get an appointment with as they always send me to the hub) and given no attempts at explanation as to what the issue is. No eye contact, no opportunity to ask questions, just dismissed
