   Took my partner to the walk in Center this morning, after a fall yesterday as he couldn’t put pressure on it due to being swollen and painful. Had it X-rayed and back to see the nurse, who said it was a ligament and soft tissue injury. My partner who is 78 and had a bad stroke in the past, has difficulty with his balance. She asked the fall’s team to come and assess him at home. The team came within 2 hours and arranged things for him. Once again exceptional service. Thank you to all the team .
