I cannot even begin to express my levels of disgust at the appalling service I received at this health centre. I came here for a blood test, while I was waiting in the room the woman bellowed my name out rather than coming out of the room to directly address me. When I entered the room, she did not greet me at all and simply just said the word ‘arm!’ - I had no idea what she meant, so I asked her to explain and she looked at me in disgust and just said ‘well which arm?!’ Before I even had a chance to reply she was ordering me to hurry up and proceeded to say ‘you are acting like you have never had a blood test before!’ In fact, if she had bothered to spend 5 minutes talking to me before hand she would have found out that I had not had a blood test before. She then huffed and jabbed the needle into my arm and then turned around to fill in some paperwork while I was left just standing in the room before she hissed at me to ‘go’ I was so upset by this that I made a complaint to the receptionists, which were both incredibly lovely and kind, and took the time to listen to me and calm me down while I explained what happened. The woman who took my blood then came over to me in the middle of the surgery and started arguing with me in front of lots of people and asked me ‘what my problem is’ I proceeded to explain to her how she made me feel and she continued to argue back and fourth with me. Absolutely horrendous and vile service. I will never ever return here again.

I attend the diabetic eye screening at Primary Care Clinic London Rd. I receive excellent service waiting time is spot on. Eye people are friendly and excellent to talk with. Primary Care Clinic London Rd is the best and nearest for me. Thank you great service.

Thank you to both nurse practitioners whom I saw this morning for my scheduled appointments. You both demonstrated genuine care, understanding, compassion and professionalism.....thank you. It was so nice to see a practitioner face to face, both practitioners afforded me time, even though both practitioners were busy, the appointment didn't feel rushed. Thank you both enormously.

I went for a blood test and was asked to take a seat in the waiting area, it was impossible to find a chair without a stain they all needed a good scrub. Once in the room I was ushered onto a large green chair which was also in a very poor condition. I didnt really want to put my arms down as the leather/plastic was split and cracking up yuck and how unhygienic! Goodness knows what germs lurked as there was no way they could clean in the cracks properly. Please chuck it out because its damaged and shabby and no linger fit for purpose better to use an ordinary chair. I am sure if you made a request the NHS would replace it.
