Each time myself or my husband have an appointment with Leyhill Surgery, it is excellent service & we are treated with a smile & respect by both Doctors & Nurses alike. The only downside (which is now nationwide unfortunately) is the actual obtaining of the appointment in a timely manor. Also, the adjoining Chemist occasionally lets down the Surgery Team with their disorganisation. I also received a call from a lovely doctor this morning, and it was an absolute pleasure to receive a call from him, as he had time, patience & empathy for questions asked & allaying fears. My vaccine was also administered yesterday by a lovely nurse, who was also a pleasant and understanding lady. In today's changing climate, with the NHS & Doctor's Surgeries in crisis, we simply cannot ask for more than this. We are very satisfied with this practice.

I just wanted to thank everybody that I have dealt with at Ley Hill. My daughter was very poorly recently and the care we received from the reception staff & all the doctors was excellent. Your support was very much appreciated at a difficult time.

My doctor at this surgery has gone above and beyond to look into an undiagnosed condition that was triggered during routine pregnancy blood tests. This is my 4th pregnancy & each time I was informed the condition was due to pregnancy, however d the dr took the time to look back at my history and determine there may be an underlying cause non pregnancy related. He has followed up each time with a phone call, he is informative and friendly & I feel completely at ease under his care. I feel safe knowing that following the birth we will look into this condition thoroughly and work to understand the cause. It is worth noting I have only been under this practice quite recently after moving to this area in the last few years and following all other pregnancies where the condition was overlooked (in a different area under another practice). The care alone from this doctor gives me great confidence in the practice. Any other doctors / nurses / practitioners / receptionists myself or my children have seen have always been kind & helpful. Thank you Leyhill surgery

I have found the service I have received to be very helpful and efficient from the Receptionist to the Doctor/ Nurse.
