Having received excellent service here before, felt I was getting in the way of his day. No discussion about symptoms or potential diagnosis. Told to contact my GP the following day. Given a prescription which wasn’t sent to the pharmacy. Poor communication skills. 111 were fantastic in getting me an appointment at Lexicon House because I couldn’t get a GP appointment for two weeks; receptionist was lovely, but overall medical care and advice was truly lacking.

I was seen by acp who was very professional, kind, good listener and helpful. Immediately identified my issue, discussed with me and did hospital referral.

My child who is 2 was seen out of hours around 4.45 am the clinician was so nice and friendly in a stressful time as a mum and was very reasuring

My doctor was the best in the biz. It turned out they were a specialist in my illness. Already been to my GP and had no luck and ended up at Lexicon House Via 111 on a Saturday evening feeling extremely hopeless and unwell. They were super understanding, compassionate and restored my faith in medical doctors, they not only prescribed treatment short term but orchestrated a long term plan and started the wheels in motion. I cannot thank you enough, sincerely, eternally grateful.

I needed an emergency OOH visit due to a chronic throat pain. The Dr greeted me, carried out a systematic review and then gave me a diagnosis with clear detail about the issue and treatment. He was articulate pleasant and very polite despite it being a late appointment with a high load of patients. Thank you very much.

I travelled 8 miles for an appointment only to sit in waiting room for 1 hour whilst Dr took calls on phone from patients. Leaving kids and elders to come to see the Dr in the night is not easy. I wonder how much they charge nhs. As always private sector milking us at time of need. No morality.
