    So here i am 12 months later going round in circles... called to ask for a refrral form to completed, to be told to log on to patches and then call back at midday to make an appointment, i called back, i was told no, you have to drop your referal form off and then we will be in touch? Seriously, I am trying to not add to the NHS issues becuase my work pays for medical health care and yet, here i am being led a merry dance and wasiting precious resources because the surgery still has No clue on how to process referal letters - no wonder the NHS is broken when a local GP practise can't even deal with a simple referal that would aleviate their resources!

    I have been with this practise for over 2 years and have had only positive experiences with the Gynie team. I have now resorted to trying to sort my own mental health care privately due to poor level of support at practise and borough level and even now, when I will no longer be a burden to the system, they have created a factory to justify positions of power, having handed a form in (they dont accept emails), staff didn't know what to do with, I was called back to be told I had to book an appointment to be assessed for the form to be completed, I would then have to return to the practise to pay my £30 fee and then once the fee was paid I would be called to return a 4th time to collect the form
