Only 2 doctors available last week and again this week. Rang at 8 got through at 8.30 to be told only emergencies today! Can have one tomorrow which means anyone who calls tomorrow gets told the same! 6 doctors registered and 4 are off! This isn't acceptable and demonstrates appalling management. In 2017 CQC stated needs improvement, in 2018 improvement meant they were awarded good. Its now 2024 and no inspection for 6 years. More admin and reception staff that doctors and nurses yet you cannot get through and when you do the reception staff can be diabolical rude. This is why A&E is rammed with people that should ge seen by the GP.

It was a nice experience. All my concerns were examined and checked. All the queries answered, would recommend the surgery as the staff is polite and knowledgeable.

Brilliant service, all the GPs are really knowledgeable. I've been with the practice since I was a little girl and have always had consistency with my GP. My children are now with the practice and they never fail to get me an appointment when its necessary and do everything in their power to get issues resolved as quickly as possible. Brilliant service. Thank you
