  1. Review titled The worst GP I ever come across

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Saleh - Posted on 07 November 2024

I used to contact the gp through an app but the app now is down and also no one will answer the phone call , I really don’t understand why is still open and staff are getting paid what for ? It’s 1 month I’m trying to request a medicine but i couldn’t , what a shame . I already registered in another gp , please you read my review do not register at this GP as it is the worst ever, only bunch of employees inside on computers with ego and literally do nothing at all , All our tax money to be wasted on them !

  2. Review titled Very much disappointed

Rated 1 star out of 5

Every day I’m trying to book appointment as my husband need urgent he has a hernia and pains. Starting at 8am and the practice is not answering or saying the reception is not working. As we know they book appointment the same day starting from 8am. But they are sabotaging the calls and no one can book appointments. Once my husband went in the practice saying he needs urgent help about the pain he has to be referred to a hospital they said No you need to book appointment from 8 for the day. The same time they’re sabotaging the phones, no working or saying the reception is not working and that is from 8am on, the whole morning. Ridiculous behaviour for clinic!

  3. Review titled Terrible customer service - Parking fines

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Shadeyah - Posted on 20 November 2024

I visited the gp and registered my number plate on the tablet, then i received a PCN from parking eye saying that i wasn’t allowed to park. I have been trying to call the surgery for weeks for them to help provide evidence and no one answers the phone! Beware terrible service from this site!

  6. Review titled Fraud with Parking PCNs

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Zubair Hassanali Patel - Posted on 16 April 2024

Regisitered on the terminal for parking, received a PCN from the provider. Tried calling and no answer, so I provided evidence of the appointment, they deemed it unsuitable - disgusting, fradulaent services operating from within the NHS. As an NHS worker, I am ashamed these sorts of practices are around - ParkingEye. Please could someone resolve.

  7. Review titled Poor Customer Service

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 05 September 2023

This GP service claims to have an online service/app which you can use to make appointments and request repeat prescriptions. The app directs you to call the surgery where you wait over an hour to make a simple medication review with a pharmacist.

Appointment ladies over the phone are awful! No skills and poor and lower level attitude. Never recommend anyone for treatment there.

  9. Review titled GPs and nurses are good, Reception staff are awful

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 10 May 2023

The GP's, nurses and consultants I have seen so far are great. It's the reception staff that are completely incompetent, extremely rude and downright unprofessional. They sit back and look down on you when they answer you, that's if they can be bothered to provide you with a half decent informative answer as if they are doing you a favour. They want to know all your information and then do absolutely nothing with it, by now everyone at reception has heard your private details. Loxford really needs to train its reception staff. It's shambolic the way they treat patients.

  10. Review titled Gentle care with dignity

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 30 March 2023

I had an ultrasound appointment and the clinicians were amazing. I was really touched by how much care they took, how gentle they were and mostly, they treated me with so much dignity and so professionally. It was an internal exam, so I felt quite exposed and vulnerable but I was never made to feel awkward. I'm so pleased to have had such a positive experience. Thank you everyone. I appreciate all that you do!
