   Have tried numerous times to ring surgery and get held in a queue on reaching patient number 1 the system cuts you off and you have to start again which is very frustrating. This has been like this for 3 or 4 years now can you update your system. Have found some reception staff to be unhelpful and not patient friendly at times. Otherwise practice is reasonably good. This is not the first time i have had to complain about this problem as a patient for 9+ years and a member of the patients participation group why isn`t this being sorted out?.
