    Walked in as it stated on the website it's a walk-in, to be told "no appointments only if I can't wait fill in the form online and can get tests delivered to you" spent 10 minutes filling in the form to be told at the end of the form you need to see the staff there, in discomfort and recovering from surgery shows how much NHS cares

    I do not visit the doctor unless I have to, my last visit I saw the nurse she is wonderful. This week I really felt the need to see a doctor or nurse,and after 2yrs I don't think that is too much to ask! I have been calling the last few months at 8 am only to be told your in a queue, when we get to the end of waiting no appointments,the same everyday,you can't even book one for a few days/week later, what the heck,I rang yesterday no appointments apart from call back,@ 8 and waste your time and phone bill, I actually told the receptionist I may as well call 111 only to have the phone put down on me !!! How the hell do you get an appointment please tell me......!!!!

    My husband and myself went for a face-to-face consultation this morning and were very pleased with how this was conducted. The doctor was very thorough in his examination of us both and explained his diagnosis, giving clear reasoning as he did so. We both thanked him as we left, almost feeling much better after talking to him!
