My son went to reception desk to ask for a cup of water to be told by receptionist beg me for it, and then give me £1, she never charged anyone else , a second receptionist then said no as your a naughty boy! My child has been patient and well behaved while waiting for 5 hours for me to be seen.

I brought my son, we were assessed quickly by a nurse and then seen DrT she was very thorough and caring. She gave my son an explanation, diagnosis and treatment. He felt at ease with her and confident in her management of his issue. Very impressed with the service!

I was told by a doctor to come in for consultation. On the first instance he had a private laugh with his colleague then reconfirmed that the name he called out was mine as I follow him in. He then asked me if I've got a urine sample. Made me do one then asked me to go into a particular room. He did not mention his name. He instead went on whilst I explained the pain I have now is different from how I would occasionally get pain. I'm worried with the other symptoms I've got. He argued with me that this may still be the problem with underlying issues without actually assessing me despite me saying the pain is travelling which isn't consistent with the type of pain I usually get. This unprofessional man needs to learn the mr name is initiative and then fix his bedside manner.

Pointless service never any appointments some of the staff are extremely rude & arrogant I really don't the nhs really need to look into the goings on at this place

I took my 9 year old son who had been ill overnight. I was seen within an hour. The nurse and doctor was very caring and helpful. It was a Saturday evening so I was impressed at how quick we were seen.

Overcrowded. 6 hour wait time. Receptionist told everyone to take a seat…..erm there was nowhere to sit
