I had a problem today with a repeat prescription not listed on the NHS app. I contacted them early this morning and by this afternoon the medication was on the app ready for me to request. Excellent service as always very happy with this practice-everyone there are brilliant.

Honestly if you can go anywhere else I would If you want an appointment and you don't get through at 8an you stand no chance I just wanted a phone appointment and they offered me one in a week, but they couldn't give me a time and as like most people I work and I cant be available all the time. The worst thing is the area has expanded so much over the years, but the centre hasn't seemed to grow with it

I started phoning at 8am I waited 1 hour and 10 mins to get an answer and told to attend a minor injuries unit. I just need some antibiotics and not feeling well enough to sit in a minor injury unit for hours. I have recently tried several times to pre book an appointment with a named GP and keep being told to phone back next week when lists released again. This was always such a good practice but now just as bad as many others. Despite not being able to get any treatment they are able to send numerous texts for a BP reading in order to earn a qof point. but clearly don't care about your health very sad .

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the appointment system. I rang yesterday to book an appointment with a doctor and was unable to do so, I was told to ring today and they would add a note to say I had tried. Rang today at 8.06am and was in a queue of over 30 for over an hour. Eventually got through at 9.16am to be told no appointments left and no prebookable ones. Sat and cried. The doctors, clinicians and care is fantastic but getting an appointment is so hard when you really need one and feel so ill. There has to be a better system. I will try again tomorrow but it could just be repeat of today…..
