    Coming down with a ear infection whilst away from home isn’t good, but the service I received from this centre was 2nd to none. I was told that a clinician would ring me back and a lovely lady called about an hour and a half later and after asking me about my problem, then asked me to come in and see her that afternoon. I went back and she could not have been nicer nor more attentive. Nasty ear infection diagnosed antibiotics prescribed and 24 hours later I feel much better. I am so grateful to be treated so promptly and with a great result

    I was sent away after asking to have a cut checked, as the nurses there are only to provide prescriptions. I was offered to talk on the phone or they sent me to a&e. This is not how the nhs website describes the role of these centres and frankly I don’t see their point of existence! Very rude service too
