   Very rude staff over the phone. I called today because I am having UTI symptoms and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. She advised that I need to call 111 or go to a walking centre and then put the phone down on me. I had UTI many times in my life and I have never heard that I need to call 111 or go to walking centre. Basically this lady refused to help me.
