Been trying 3 weeks to get an appointment every other day ; still nothing: fully booked they keep saying: surely they have appointments for next month; not great at all

After ringing up and explaining my symptoms I was offered an apointment within an hour and was seen by a GP who was very thorough and had obviously taken time to read my notes before we met. All in all very pleased with the service

My mother was bed ridden and ill on the 23rd of december 2 nurses came out to see her and said she seemed fine and was better off at home as there was no hospital beds...the following day i phoned an ambulance as my mother looked like she was having a stroke she was taken to sunderland royal and remains there on the 1st of january with mass delirium and mobility problems..i am so angry
