Macartney House is an absolute joke!! So unprofessional constantly failing me! I suffer from bipolar disorder and I have a doctor call me this morning and her first question was to ask me if I want to kill myself or hurt myself!!??? What the hell!! Type of question is that to open a conversation over the phone!! I’m disgusted and it has totally knocked me ,, she then continues to be reckless with words and without a care in the world ! These so called mental health professionals should know how to word a conversation as such! Not once did she acknowledge when I questioned her about my medication as they still haven’t given me any! Been waiting ages for an appointment when I get one they cancel and change last minute every time! She then ends the call as fast as she could! So I have to call the reception and break down to them.

doctor here told me my son had abrain like a 5 year old ? where did she get this info its totaly not true ? can some bodie please anser my calls

I have now been waiting seven months to be seen by a professional. I have had two appointments cancelled despite being in desperate need of care. Appalling. Honestly worried for the amount of people being failed by this service in Manchester.

Lucky if they even pick up the phone. High staff turnover, no consistency in care, cancelled appointments and no communication.

Had appointments cancelled 4 consecutive times. Last three because she had evenings even though she had clinics and appointments to listed duty of care very poor.
