    My wife attended the surgery the other day for some blood tests and on the way out asked why her prescription had been changed and no one informed her. She asked the receptionist if she could book a consultation while she was at the surgery, the reply was no you have to phone it in. After 30 phone calls we still have no joy at all at getting through. This type of attitude must stop or somebody will end up very ill due to this.
