There is a constant flow of staff coming and going. If you try calling the main number, no answer, rings off to engaged tone. When I finally got through to someone, despite being in a crisis meltdown, I was asked have I eaten today, do I live alone, maybe go out, have a cup of tea. I am informing this team I am leaving a suicide note and have had enough. Then I am told they have to go, have work to finish off. Told take medication, medication is not going to help with my outside problems leaving me with now physical poor health and a mental health meltdown. A member of staff from this team said to go for a walk weeks ago, I did railway station,
