Not sure who the person was that i saw today He may have been doctor !!He did not introduce himself and hardly spoke to me . I had to ask the questions I felt like i was an inconvenience I work in the health service an di do not treat my patients like this No empathy or compassion Very poor

My 73year old mother has a heart condition and tried to phone to make an appointment, she couldn’t get through, so went to the surgery to make an appointment. The surgery sent her away to go online even though my mum does not have internet access. They did not want to help her, and it’s negligence on their part.

Had a appointment for 8 by my surgery was told not to be late, was there on time, it’s 8.25 I’m the only one in the room, I ask the reception how long it would take, she said the doctors haven’t even arrived, is this a joke, how can this happen?

Absolutely outraged trying to get hold of reception at Merlyn Vaz. I called over 20 times and no response. Is this the level of service patients receive when paying tax? All I wanted to do was to speak to somebody and I couldn’t get hold of anyone. Is anybody even at reception? The phone continued to ring until it was automatically was declined. Zero communication and would never recommend this surgery.

I have been trying to contact my surgery for over 4 weeks regarding an appointment for a Uti After waiting on the phone for over 1 hour 45 minutes, I have to hang up as I have a newborn baby. I came to the surgery whilst still being in ‘que’ and the phone phone lines wasn’t even actively ringing. One member of Staff was talking to another about the poor training the practice is giving to staff. Is this more important than patients well-being? They told me the phone lines were down? Absolutely rubbish, and if that’s the case after over 4 weeks. Fix it! I was offered an appointment for the 22nd June. That will be nearly 7 weeks without seeing a dr, struggling to pass urine. Burning and very uncomfortable. I’ve been purchasing Creams consistently, I pay into the NHS, why would I not be eligible to be prescribed my creams. It’s unfair, I feel let down. If the practiced stopped taking on new patients and having a packed clinic, we would maybe get a standard of care we are entitled too. I feel let down by the practice, overwhelmed and some days my mental health as been affected because I’m in pain and getting nowhere.

Got referred here by NHS 111 for a breathing related problem, got there before 05:00am for the appointment slated for 05:10am but had to wait my entire life and was not seen by a doctor. Receptionist pacing about, no reassurance given, no doctor, I even slept off while waiting as I've been up all night. Very bad practice for an emergency service and you could die before you get seen.

My mom call gp at 8:00 am to make appointment with doctor they receptionist did not made appointment instead said to go to a&e without knowing her condition or checking it up, one of the receptionist said to go to a&e. I was so satisfied with your service but now I am not that happy with service I have received. a&e said first check with your gp but gp my is saying to go the a&e if something happens to my mum who is gonna take responsibility?
