I was put under MHILD healthcare when I left a mental health hospital after a lapse in mental health during the Christmas period 2023. Since I’ve been here, the staff are rude, argumentative, unprofessional, and complain about patients private and personal details to other patients in this facility / supported accommodation. This doesn’t apply to all the staff, only a select number however they are always on shift, if you go to them with a complaint or issue they sometimes laugh or argue back with you. If you ask to talk to management they ignore the request, management pops in every month or so however I’ve always been out when they come and to add to that we don’t get told they’re coming so if there are any issues that need addressing we wouldn’t even know when to address them as they pop in and out extremely quietly. Very poor practise that actually makes mental health not worse and better for people. Seriously the NHS need to sort this out no wonder mental health issues are on the rise
