   Up to 15 people were waiting at 2pm today (Boxing day) for your pharmacy to open its doors. I needed an urgent prescription for my wife, however this was not possible as your pharmacist did not arrive. Whilst I appreciate unforeseen circumstances can have an impact on these matters, to leave people who have travelled long distances, waiting around wondering if anyone will turn up is completely unacceptable. This can be publicised on social media or even a sign on the door would help. After all, isn’t this an emergency service you are supposed to be providing?
