  1. Review titled Failure in duty of care

Rated 1 star out of 5

I get 20 mins phone consultation with psychologist per year It makes no difference what I tell them, they completely ignore my cries for help, completely, Last year I begged for change in medication as it is not helping me, no action taken, no understanding as if they dont want to deal with me When I call duty for assistance, it is as if they are people off the street put to work for free. i get responses like: what do you normally do when this happens? or what is it you think I can do for you. I left review a week ago, and what ever overpaid consultants running the website, tell me that I need to describe my own experiences at the facility, I have no Idea what they thought I been doing. I am a patient at Mill House Uxbridge, No doubt they are corrupt and will do everything to brush the critical reviews undercarpet and only publish good reviews. I am fighting for my life and 80% of time, no one picks up the phone. Can you imagine going to hospital with broken leg and they put a plaster on it, and no matter how much you complain about your pain, they ignore you. Never in my life have I ever been so completely disregarded and it truly feels they are avoiding me. Or they tell me nothing they can do for me, and having spoken to my support worker, everyone is prescribed same travel sickness pills no matter what symptoms they have. Shame on you, shame on you
