   We have never had any problems using the online booking service to obtain an appointment. I used this today and submitted my online request when lines opened. I received a timely and appropriate telephone consultation from a Nurse Practitioner who was professional and empathetic, she gave me clear advice, prescribed treatment and arranged tests as a follow up. When myself or my Family have needed the services of this Practice we have only received outstanding care.
