Called for appointment as in extreme pain. Told they could do nothing until they hear from surgeon. Doing nothing to help me. My only option now is to go to A&E. Shocking.

I rang up last week as a I needed a yellow box to dispose of my injections in as I have to take them daily due to a high risk pregnancy and previous blood clot in lung in last pregnancy ( I was told i couldn’t have one without a doctors appointment and then when asking for a doctors appointment they said I have to ring back at 8am to get one. Wrote a email to them explaining everything and was told the same thing. I have now got needles that need disposing and no yellow box a week later.. and when asking for a cream for my Implant on my head as slightly infected I was told to go to A n E as they were full. Waste of a n e time.
