   I attended a clinic at Brookland Health Centre on the 18th December 2024 where I was seen by a physio from your team. She appeared more interested in clock watching than my condition. I apologised for being 5 minutes late due to a traffic incident which got no response from her! She made no effort to examine me physically and had little empathy with my recent health incidents which may have caused the arthritic flare up in my knee. She told me nothing I did not already know, issued a few exercises and enrolled me in classes at Bletchley Leisure Centre. Finally she said she had made up 3 of the 5 minutes caused by my lateness!!! I found the whole experience bizarre and slightly unsettling!!
