The person who called me was not emphatic… i felt intimidated and felt unwelcome during… i am in a bad mental state right now..Ruined my day more…mental health is a serious matter please be compassionate… now i am reconsidering to be in therapy

I had been newly diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and attended general online courses with limited impact. The exposure response prevented approach worked much more effectively at helping me manage my condition.
