   I received twelve telephone councelling sessions with my councellor every Tuesday. I was hesitant at first but she made me feel so much at ease that after a couple of sessions I could open up to her and speak freely. She never judged, she listened and gave advice. She has a lovely calming voice which put me at ease. I was sad when I had the last session. I would recommend Mind to anyone with mental health issues.
