I had to do a walk-in for coil replacement. I arrived at 8am for opening time and was in my appointment by 8:30. I was impressed with this efficiency. My practitioner took time in carefully going through medical history and coil information - this did not feel rushed. I was very nervous about the procedure, but my practitioner was very caring and her assistant kindly held my hand during the procedure. The procedure itself was conducted quickly and smoothly, which meant there was no extra, unnecessary discomfort. My practitioner also ensured I looked well and healthy, which I did, before I left the clinic. I would certainly go back to this clinic to see the same practitioner.

Have rung 28 times today to cancel an appointment! Engaged 4 times, rang endlessly 24 times! No email address either.
