Attended Atwood modality glaucoma clinic and the service was calm and efficient one stop service. Has my scans and Visual fields checked and saw the consultant all within 30-40 minutes of arriving and parking on site -well done NHS thank you

The reception staff were attentive, and very friendly. The medical staff saw us very promptly, they were very courteous and friendly. The doctor explained the procedure in an easy to understand language, and told me of the risks involved, and the benefits.

I was seen 10 minutes early. Staff member was attentive throughout, listened to my concerns and completed the necessary procedure with care and attention. This is my second visit and the staff member put me at ease. I would have no hesitation to attend the centre again in the future.

All the staff were lovely, informative, welcoming and knowledgeable. First I had a hearing test and the doctor, sorry not sure of their name, she was lovely and explained the procedure of the appointment. The next doctor I saw, I do apologise I can not remember his name. He looked at my ears and cleaned them of wax for me. He explained everything he did and reasoning behind what could be causing my problems. Would recommend!

Came today with an elderly relative for an appointment for opthalmology. Excellent service from the lady on reception, the lady completing the various diagnostic tests and the Doctor. The diagnostic lady & the doctor showed such kindness and care to my relative and provided thorough & clear explanation of diagnosis and next stages. Such a professional service provided. No waiting time at all and both waiting room and consulting rooms we're so clean. Lovely to be able to get a cup of yea too before we went home. Thank you!
