   Following a in face visit to the surgery and 3 day hospital stay - Requested an increase in prescription for anti depressant for very elderly relative who feels desperate - directed to call at 8am or log on to portal at 8pm when just 12 appointments are released - we have tried this countless times to get to see a doctor at Neptune Surgery to no avail - what are we supposed to do.
