This service and staff provide the most shocking service, today I have been waiting for a doctor to call me regarding my test results which I have already been waiting for 2 weeks. Doctor called and I missed the call. When I called back I was advised by the automated message to call surgery back, called surgery and was on hold for 1hr 40 mins to be told that whilst I was on the call waiting to get through the surgery the doctor has called back and has now cancelled my appointment and has provided a 2 week wait for the next appointment. Not only I have been ill advised by the messaging but when I did eventually get through I was still within my appointment window but was told nothing can be done to help and basically accept this method. The agent was very rude unapologetic and frankly did not care. They have no formal complaints system and do not listen to any patient concerns. I missed the appointment because of the advise they provided in the recorded message and now will have to wait weeks to get my test results. If I could rate them from a scale of 1-10 I would give -20. This is no way to treat a tax payer and patient.

I’m very disappointed how I was treated by the receptionist she refused to let me speak to a doctor when this was something serious I had told her I need a referral to private hospital from the gp as I spoke to private hospital and they do take nhs patients so therefore I can be also referred to private hospital by my gp but the receptionist still refused to let me speak to my gp she then had the audacity to ask what’s urgent when she has no right to ask that’s only between me and my gp so i am very disappointed with that very poor service never recommended this gp and receptionist don’t even take job seriously when then should especially if it’s serious

I have recently moved from Coventry to Birmingham and joined this practice the service I have received so far has been absolutely disgusting the reception staff seem to move appointments without notification/ when booking an appointment they give misleading information the GP you see are helpful but when promising follow ups it never ever seems to be done. I have been awaiting results for my diabetes test for over 2 weeks to only be told my appointment has been missed and am going to have to wait a further 2 weeks before I get my results! Absolutely shocking service. Not happy at all with this practice.
